Sound Healing
Tuning Fork Healing Session
What Are They And How Do They Work?
Imagine you’re lying down on a comfortable table, and you’re friendly tuning fork practitioner (me) comes into the room with a set of shiny metal tuning forks. I have a chat with you about what’s going on with you and explain to you what I’m going to do with the singing bowls and the tuning forks to help balance and restore your body’s energy flow.
First, I might start by striking a fork and holding it near your ears, creating a soothing sound that helps relax your mind and body. Then, I might move the forks to specific points on your body, such as your chakras or acupuncture points, and activate them by striking them or pressing them gently against your skin.
As the forks vibrate, you might feel a gentle, tingling sensation or a sense of warmth and relaxation. Your practitioner may move the forks around your body, creating different sounds and vibrations that help promote healing and balance.

Fork Healing Session
Throughout the session, you might feel a sense of calm and peacefulness, as the sound vibrations help release tension and stress from your body. And by the end of the session, you might feel more energised, balanced, and ready to take on the world!
Of course, every tuning fork healing session is unique, and your experience may vary depending on your individual needs and preferences. But if you’re looking for a gentle, non-invasive way to promote healing and relaxation, tuning fork therapy might be just what you need!

The most common question I get asked is which one is for pain so here is the answer
There are several frequencies on the Solfeggio scale that may be helpful for pain relief. One frequency that is often recommended for pain relief is 174 Hz, which is said to be the frequency of the natural rhythm and order of the universe. This frequency is believed to help reduce pain and inflammation by promoting the body’s natural healing processes.
Another frequency that may be helpful for pain relief is 528 Hz, which is often called the “miracle” frequency. This frequency is believed to have a range of healing benefits, including pain relief, and is said to help promote DNA repair and restoration.
Additionally, 639 Hz is believed to promote emotional healing and connection, which may be helpful for managing pain that is related to emotional stress or trauma.
It’s important to note that while these frequencies may be helpful for pain relief, there is limited scientific evidence to support their efficacy. Additionally, it’s always a good idea to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before trying any new healing modality for pain relief.
